Succeeded to his brother's lands in Kingsbury and Hurly. Made his will July 30 1666 which was proved at Litchfield Oct 31 the same year. He died without male issue so his lands dissolved on his daughter Anne (Mrs Mitchell) and the issue of his deceased daughter the wife of William as co-heirs.
