Year of birth is a guesstimate Will dated 5 April 1692: probate 9 December 1692 Will of Elizabeth Richards of Yaverland In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Richards of Yaverland in the Isle of Wight in the County of Southton, widdow being of good and perfect memory doe make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, revoking all former wills by me made. Inprimis I bequeath my Soul to Almighty God and my body to the Earth to be decently inter'd by my Executor hereafter named. Item I give unto my daughter Susanna Cole, to my grandsons Edward Richards, Robert Duke and John Cole, Esquires, to my grand-daughters, Susanna Top, Margaret Gray, Susanna Duke, and Jane Gray, each of them by Executor, upon my decease. Item after my Funeral expenses are discharged my debts and legacies paid all my goods and chatles I give to my Son John Richards of Yaverland aforesaid Gentleman whom I make my full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. And this I make my last Will and Testament and none other. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this twenty fifth day of April Anne Dom: 1692.
