Year of birth is a guesstimate These look like the couple who in the 1841 census are the Publican aged 30 and his wife Mary also aged 30 with a daughter (probably) Margaret Aged 10. Staying with them are Jane and Martha Barrett aged 25 and 15 respectively. Ref: HO 107/1382/1Page 22

Year of birth is a guesstimate Reasons for thinking she is the daughter of John Barrett & Rachel: She was married in Llangain even though at the time she was living in the next parish - Llangynnog. In 1841 Jane (Jennet) and Martha Barrett were living with her and her husband at the Lamb Inn. Three years later John Barrett died at the same address. The Mary Barrett from the Ferry Farm was born in 1822 and she married David Davies. But this link is not absolutely certain - but it is very likely.
