Probably the Enock Phillips living with his brother Rees at 40 High Street, Kensington as Cheesemongers in 1881. Rees' age given as 31 - prob mistaken reading of 37. Unable to find birth registration in GRO index - in 1854 or 1855/1 or 1855/2. Judging by age given in censuses he may have been born in 1856.
